Email info@kotsumi.com for account, privacy, safety, or technical help. Include the app version, device model, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email passwords, service keys, or other people's private information.
Safety
Use the in-app report and block tools for community content. We aim to review reports within 72 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Account deletion
You can start account deletion from Kotsumi Settings. Apple-linked accounts confirm with Apple so Kotsumi can revoke Apple access before deletion. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with the account.
